Natgasoline Launches Underwritten $250 Million Bond Issue

Houston, Texas, April 21, 2016 – Consolidated Energy Limited (CEL) and G2X Energy (G2X) today announced that Citi and Morgan Stanley have priced and fully underwritten approximately $250 million of tax-exempt Mission Economic Development Corporation Senior Revenue Lien Bonds (Natgasoline Project), Series 2016. The debt financing is to fund a portion of the costs to construct the Natgasoline LLC project in Beaumont, Texas.

OCI and Consolidated Energy Limited Enter into Definitive Agreements for the Joint Investment in Natgasoline

Houston, Texas, April 13, 2016 – G2X Energy, Inc. today announced that Consolidated Energy Limited (“CEL”) has entered into definitive agreements for an investment in a 50% stake in Natgasoline LLC in participation with OCI. CEL, which is owned by the Proman Group (“Proman”) and its long-term partner Helm AG (“Helm”), will inject $630 million in equity and an additional $50 million shareholder loan. This agreement was contemplated in the Participation Agreement, which was signed between the parties on March 14, 2016.

G2X Energy Partners With World-Renowned Engineering Firms For Lake Charles Methanol Plant

Toyo Engineering Corp. will Lead Detailed Engineering Efforts HOUSTON, March 8th, 2016 – G2X Energy, a developer of advanced natural gas to methanol projects, along with their strategic partner the Proman Group, announced today they have entered into an engineering services contract with Toyo Engineering Corporation (Toyo) for the detailed engineering needs on their previously announced world-scale methanol production facility located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Toyo will be providing basic engineering for offsite and utility facilities and detailed engineering of the complete methanol facility. Once complete, the G2X facility, known as Big Lake Fuels Methanol Plant, will produce 1.4 million metric tons of commercial grade methanol per year.

Johnson Matthey’s Methanol Technology Selected HOUSTON, March 8th, 2016 – G2X Energy, a developer of advanced natural gas to methanol projects, along with their strategic partner the Proman Group, announced today they have entered into license and engineering contracts with Johnson Matthey for their previously announced world-scale methanol production facility located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Johnson Matthey will supply the technology license, basic engineering, catalyst and technical services for the project.

G2X Energy Hosts Big Lake Fuels Ground Breaking Ceremony

HOUSTON, January 15, 2016 – G2X Energy, a developer of advanced natural gas to methanol projects announced today they hosted a Ground Breaking Ceremony to celebrate the beginning of Phase 1 construction on their previously announced world-scale methanol production facility located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This event took place on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the facility site.

G2X Energy Announces Pampa Fuels Commissioning Ceremony

HOUSTON, September 9, 2015 – G2X Energy, a developer of advanced natural gas to methanol projects announced today they will be holding a Commissioning Ceremony to celebrate the completion of their Pampa Fuels methanol production facility. The invitation-only event will be held on Thursday, September 10th, on the plant location, at 8201 FM 2300 in Pampa from 5:00pm until 5:30pm.
